Bought a few flags from you guys and I fly them every day.your company is great I wish I had more room on my property to fly more, but I will keep you guys in mind if I or anyone else I know is interested in buying a flag.

Very happy with my decision to bypass ‘big business’ and buy my American flag for my home here with The Federal Tribune. Support your small businesses, the quality is fantastic and their customer service team is pleasant and responsive. I was shipped (2) orders of my flag by mistake, to which I donated the duplicate to my local VFW based on the customer service recommendation. Loved that idea. One additional note, just give The Federal Tribune a little bit more patience when waiting for your order to arrive. Times are tough right now and they are using extra manpower to support pandemic relief efforts and mask manufacturing (: It is worth the wait. Thanks Federal Tribune!.

Great customer service. The Federal Tribune was working hard to keep up with increased demand for American Flags thanks to a surge of patriotism in the country while fighting decreased shipments from suppliers due to the pandemic. In an effort to improve the backlog, they shipped from another supplier. I had specifically wanted the original supplier and once I explained to their customer service rep, I was told that I could return the flag I’d received, and that I’d be put on a priority list for the requested supplier. My flag arrived within a few weeks. The Federal Tribune will always get my business from now on.
